A combination of personal training, group fitness and nutritional counseling. Each person is taught a basic foundation of how to start a healthy life change. Boot Camp - Phase I – an indoor boot camp open to all ages and fitness levels – year long Boot Camp - Phase II – an indoor boot camp for those who have survived Boot Camp - Faze Me and are ready to take their body to the next level. The clients in boot camp II set body fat goals and measurement goals in contrast to weight goals. Each client is challenged to reach those fitness goals in this group fitness program – year long Boot Camp Nitro- intensive nonstop boot camp. YOUTH Youth Weight Loss Program – Individual or family personal training and nutrition program for ages 17 & under Fit explorer group fitness – Using the President’s council on sports Nutrition and fitness program designed by NASA. Train like an astronaut with NASA’s Fit Explorer Project. As students reach their individual or group goals and achieve exploration levels, they may receive certificates of achievement. Team Training – Specialized training for local and school sports teams
Teen Boot Camp – Are the kids spending too much time in front of the computer or TV? A safe environment with team building, leadership skills and lots of physical activity. Certificates of completion for each level of success.

Wilderness Cardio +Plus Workout – Do you LOVE being outdoors? Do you LOVE challenging your weaknesses until they become your strengths? Do you enjoy the challenge of staying in shape, yet do you get easily bored with the scenery of your local fitness center? FITNESS DOCTOR knows that IF one wants the results we desire, Thirty minutes on the treadmill just won't do it (and that's about ALL some of us can handle of being indoors).
We believe FITNESS SHOULD BE FUN! Come meet with us every week at several local nature preserves and parks, and participate in this outdoor boot camp style cardio class that will have you running, stretching, jumping, squatting and… running some more! It is a Fun and an effective way to incorporate cardio into your fitness routine!
Why Run? Running is convenient and can be done safely in most areas. It’s a relatively straight forward sport and boosts several physiological, as well as psychological benefits including, relieving stress, controlling depression, weight reduction, blood pressure, improved cardiovascular fitness, and improved self esteem, just to name a few
What to Bring: wear sturdy sneakers or running boots. Lightweight long pants and long shirt sleeves are recommended. Bring LARGE water as there are NO water sources inside the park. PLEASE NOTE: this a NATURE preserve. There are NO public facilities, nothing... just woods and trails, so plan appropriately.

CANCELLATIONS: CANCELLATIONS? What!? CANCEL!? We don’t cancel! We are out there Rain or Shine; "neither snow nor rain nor dark of night” will keep us from our work out. OK, Ok…NOT at night... And … MAYBE Thunder and Lighting... well…we might cancel then too. SO with that said…IF we EVER had to cancel it is best that your pre register so we can call you and notify you ahead of time.

WHAT IS THE SUNRISE AT THE BEACH BOOT CAMP WORKOUT? Hit the beach and workout with this outdoor boot camp exercise workshop. The workshop will not only push and pull your way to a better body and add a strength training element for the ultimate in body sculpting and muscle toning. Improve with this one hour sunrise exercise regimen offered several times a week including Saturdays. These sessions provide a full body workout including cardio, strength, and stretching. Prepare to be taken to the limit in this boot camp styled beach workout. It’s fun, it's challenging and it's a total body workout for any fitness level!
